OpenSea上で文字数に応じてpolygonで販売しております。

サービス開始にあたって募集しましたモニターの方の翻訳とレビューを公開します。

今回のスケジュール（和文500文字）
11/10 依頼者さまにtwitter DMで連絡、翻訳前の文章をGoogle Documentに記入の依頼
11/14 翻訳前の和文の完成、ご記入
11/15 翻訳完了のご連絡
11/21 依頼者さまよりOKのご連絡あり

DeepLとの違い
今回はDeepLに和文を入力し、英訳を修正する方法を用いました。以下に例を示します。
バイリンガルの人間とAIの違いを実感して頂けるかと思います。

例1「殺処分」→ DeepLは”kill”と訳しました。かなりストレートな訳であり、英語圏では適さない表現であると考え、”put to sleep”と修正しました。

例2「新型コロナウィルスの流行に伴い在宅時間が増え、ペットを飼う家庭が増加しましたが、それに伴い捨て犬や捨て猫が増えています。」
→ DeepLの訳 “With the outbreak of the new coronavirus, the number of households with pets has increased due to the increase in the number of hours spent at home, but this has also led to an increase in the number of abandoned dogs and cats.”
→ていねこの訳 “With the corona outbreak, more households are having pets, due to the increase in the number of hours spent at home, but this has also led to an increase in the number of abandoned dogs and cats.”
複数文節が連なる文の訳は分かりにくくなってしまうことが多いです。”Increase”など重複する単語を整理し、より読みやすい表現に修正しました。
